How long does it typically take to receive the final inspection report?

After completing the inspection, BG Property aims to provide you with the final report within the next working day. We understand the urgency for such documents, especially during property transactions or new tenancies, and strive to deliver them promptly.
Does BG Property have liability and indemnity insurance?
Yes, BG Property is fully insured with liability and indemnity coverage. Our insurance gives you peace of mind knowing that you are protected against any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the inspection process.
Does BG Property charge cancellation fee?
At BG Property, we understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes cause the need to cancel or abort an inspection on the day. However, to ensure fairness and cover the costs associated with scheduling, preparation, and potential loss of other appointments, we have a cancellation fee of £25. Please note that this fee may be waived or voided in certain special situations. We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise.
